Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Meet prospective residents and present apartments
• review applications and lease documents
• manage renewals, parking leases, and leasing records
• coordinate vendors and monitor work
• respond to resident concerns and support retention
• prepare move-out documentation and correspondence
• inspect apartments and properties
• assist with staff training, policy implementation, and property operations.
