What you'll do

• Serve as the primary escalation contact for swing-shift frontline staff
• provide coaching and operational direction
• respond in person to high-acuity incidents as needed
• manage shift scheduling continuity and coverage
• supervise and support on-call Residential Specialists
• ensure safety checks, incident reports, shift documentation, and emergency protocols are completed
• coordinate after-hours responses with staff and emergency responders.
