• Model sales generation and customer focus through genuine relationships
• provide individualized customer experiences and styling advice
• help maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and markdowns
• motivate the team toward business goals
• generate ideas to grow the business
• and support a positive, inclusive, productive work environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
