What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems and equipment
• maintain cleaning schedules
• respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour, 7-day basis
• complete apartment make-ready repairs
• coordinate professionally with residents, contractors, security, and property management
• correct unsafe conditions
• maintain records, inventories, and work orders
• manage maintenance supplies and scheduled equipment maintenance.
