Commercial Estimator

What you'll do

• Quantify commercial painting requests for proposal
• prepare detailed written estimates and proposals
• meet customers to gather project information
• document customer needs and expectations
• photograph difficult production situations or service concerns
• measure commercial buildings
• approve change orders
• schedule estimate leads
• participate in company-sponsored shows and events
• communicate awarded job scope to production staff
• assist with crew assignments and production scheduling
• facilitate timely resolution of customer complaints.
