The Certified Peer Specialist, Family Centered Treatment role is hybrid remote and serves Fond du Lac, Columbia, Sauk, and Adams Counties in Wisconsin. The specialist draws on lived experience and peer-support training to support people facing mental health or substance-use challenges, collaborate with the treatment team, and help families identify practical solutions. The role includes some evening appointments, community travel, and participation in a rotating 24/7 phone-support system.

  • Provide direct peer support consistent with Family Centered Treatment principles
  • complete supported FCT training

  • attend weekly individual and team supervision and peer reviews
  • participate in the team’s rotating 24/7 phone-support system
  • travel within the community to provide services.
