Description

Directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Maximize core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provide direct patient care as a PCP. Lead the care team (medical assistant, care facilitator, care coordinator).
