Site Operations Manager – Data Center

Job overview

The Site Operations Manager – Data Center role is onsite in Odessa, TX, and pays $120,000–$155,000 per year. The role supports STN’s Infrastructure & DCO function and its technology services mission. The manager leads facility operations to maintain critical infrastructure availability and reliability, overseeing site personnel, maintenance, incident response, compliance, vendors, budgets, capacity planning, and customer and stakeholder support.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day data center operations and site personnel
• establish procedures and serve as escalation point for critical incidents
• oversee electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC and cooling, fire systems, BMS, and environmental monitoring
• ensure preventive and corrective maintenance
• lead incident response and root-cause analysis
• monitor operational KPIs and improvement plans
• oversee safety, compliance, audits, vendors, budgets, capacity planning, and performance reporting
• respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation.
