Assistant Project Manager — Framing and Drywall

The Assistant Project Manager — Framing and Drywall role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. Tori Contracting works on commercial projects and provides design-assist capabilities from design development through construction documents. The assistant project manager supports project managers and may oversee smaller projects, helping construction crews complete commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustics work on time and within budget. The role contributes through project documentation, quality control, change management, cost and billing coordination, and administrative support.

What you'll do

• Track and submit project logs, drawings, and specifications
• prepare RFIs and change orders
• conduct and record field inspections
• communicate quality concerns to the superintendent
• maintain change-order logs and coordinate affected trades
• review invoices and schedules
• support project managers with administrative tasks.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of framing or drywall experience; a relevant bachelor’s degree may be accepted in lieu of experience. Procore and project scheduling software experience are requested.
