What you'll do

• Welcome in-person visitors
• discuss client needs and answer questions
• offer additional insurance lines through consultative selling
• communicate with clients, prospects, and insurance companies
• update agency software
• follow up with clients and prospects
• research coverage questions
• issue policies and complete post-bind activities
• manage assigned renewals and service requests
• handle reinstatements when applicable.
