What you'll do

• Set recruitment and succession strategies
• maintain a hospital presence across shifts
• provide emergency, critical, and primary veterinary care
• coach and develop staff
• monitor engagement, budgets, KPIs, and financial goals
• build relationships with referring veterinarians and customers
• supervise 20 Emergency Veterinarians, 2 Hospital Managers, and 2 Nurse Managers
• travel domestically 10%.
