Senior Analyst, Monetization Operations

Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The Senior Analyst, Monetization Operations role is onsite in Austin, Texas. The role supports SpaceXSI’s Monetization Integrity team within Safety Operations, which works to protect platform users while supporting a healthy ads business. The analyst owns complex advertiser and monetization cases from triage through resolution, applies policy, and turns casework and operational data into improvements. The role contributes to safer, more consistent enforcement and better workflows, products, and automation.

What you'll do

• Own complex advertiser and monetization cases and escalations end to end
• triage, investigate, decide, document, and close high-priority and time-sensitive cases
• apply Monetization Integrity policy across sensitive and regulated categories
• evaluate and label cases and provide quality feedback
• analyze operational data using SQL, Jira, and dashboards
• track queue health and KPIs and report trends
• conduct root-cause analysis and drive fixes with stakeholders
• improve workflows, SOPs, templates, routing, intake, and handoffs
• maintain process documentation and automate repetitive work through batch actions and AI-assisted workflows
• mentor and calibrate specialists and support case reviews and shift handovers.
