What you'll do

• Greet customers

• process cash and card transactions and orders
• respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• prepare coffee, specialty, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages
• operate and clean coffee equipment and station
• restock products and supplies
• work with colleagues to support customer service
• follow Tailwind and airport policies and safety procedures.
