What you'll do

• Work with patients to address visual needs and build loyalty
• resolve customer service issues
• provide a positive patient experience
• check finished eyewear against optical standards and customer requirements
• support dispensary opening, closing, and operating procedures
• communicate with the District Manager
• build positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and staff.
