What you'll do

• Greet prospects and appointments at the model home
• learn buyers' needs and show available homes
• stock brochures and audit sales and marketing materials, including website details
• answer customer questions about home progress and loan information
• coordinate neighborhood event announcements with corporate marketing
• submit home listing information to company and MLS websites
• maintain an orderly sales office and provide customer service.
