IT Systems Technician

What you'll do

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and business applications
• configure and deploy endpoint equipment
• prepare technology for new hires, employee moves, conference rooms, and production areas
• troubleshoot basic network connectivity
• support Microsoft 365, Teams phones, conference-room and shop-floor technology
• assist with file servers and manufacturing applications
• maintain asset inventory and documentation
• own assigned tickets and project actions through closure
• coordinate installations with internal partners and vendors
• support onboarding, offboarding, audits, compliance, and cybersecurity activities
• travel to other local company locations as required.
