What you'll do

• Assess spiritual and emotional needs of patients, caregivers, and families
• develop and support individualized spiritual care plans
• provide spiritual counseling, emotional support, and grief support
• participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• collaborate with care team members and community clergy
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• participate in quality and compliance initiatives.
