This role exists to oversee night-shift janitorial staff, manage daily schedules, and ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet company and client quality standards. The supervisor is responsible for training staff, monitoring productivity, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and direct employees to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.
• Adhere to all ADA non-discrimination requirements.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards.
• Assist company managers to achieve strong operational performance.
• Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure future schedules are complete.
• Ensure all call offs are covered.
• Manage employee lunches and breaks.
• Manage the Attendance Policy.
• Participate in briefings and communicate with client representatives.
• Maintain daily shift report for managers.
• Perform basic administrative and payroll functions.
• Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Conduct service quality control audits.
• Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
