Hospice Care Consultant

This role serves as a strategic sales representative, developing relationships with healthcare referral partners to increase hospice referrals and ensure patients and families receive compassionate care.

What you'll do

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in hospice services
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
• Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives
• Represent the organization at community events
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
