Aesthetic Medical Assistant

Job overview

The Aesthetic Medical Assistant role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with pay of $24–$30 per hour. SkinSpirit provides aesthetic skincare and body treatments through clinics across the country. The assistant supports providers and clinic operations by preparing clients and treatment rooms, managing supplies, and helping maintain orderly client flow. The role also supports appointment rebooking, product sales, and complete charting and consent documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide client service
• support aesthetic specialists with patient intake, treatment preparation, and pre- and post-care
• prepare equipment and examination rooms and clean instruments
• manage medical supply inventory
• attend monthly trainings and meetings
• complete charting and consents
• assist with social media content as directed
• sell products and rebook appointments
• travel to other locations for training may be required.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, previous medical assistant experience, and at least one year of customer or sales experience; aesthetic-setting experience is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is required.
