What you'll do

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards
• keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meat when needed
• follow buffet production systems and temperature requirements
• maintain inventory, rotate products using FIFO, and complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow health department requirements and assist guests.
