What you'll do

• Plan and execute conferences, recruiting events, employee events, and other marketing initiatives
• develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and task assignments
• coordinate registration, schedules, logistics, setup, breakdown, and onsite support
• communicate project progress and needs
• maintain trackers, calendars, budgets, vendor information, and records
• coordinate purchase requests, invoices, quotes, shipping, and expenses
• monitor results and event feedback
• identify process improvements.
