What you'll do

• Lead a 3–4 person crew on clearing, demolition, grading, utilities, and paving preparation
• track production against estimates
• coach and train crew members
• translate the superintendent’s direction into field work and adjust when conditions change
• and operate excavators, bulldozers, rollers, or skid loaders as needed.
