What you'll do

• May assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, overnight supervision and safety monitoring, medication reminders, meal and snack preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and emotional support.
• Document care activities, report changes in condition, and assist clients during nighttime wake-ups as needed.
