Owner’s Representative / Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage projects from pre-construction through bidding, construction administration, and closeout
• represent client interests with architects, contractors, and vendors
• prepare bid packages and review bids
• process AIA contracts, change orders, and pay applications
• track budgets and schedules
• conduct site visits and punch-list walkthroughs
• maintain project documentation
• coordinate vendors, purchasing, and invoicing
• lead meetings and mentor project team members.
