The Food Processing and Packaging Associate works onsite in Seattle, WA, on a 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. schedule with weekend availability required. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. CP Fresh, a Charlie’s Produce company, prepares fresh-cut produce, salads, and hot-kitchen products for customers. The associate prepares, assembles, inspects, and packages ready-to-eat products while following production specifications and food-safety procedures. The role helps maintain product quality and production flow so orders are ready for scheduled trucks.

What you'll do

• Assemble salad kits, salsa, and fresh-cut produce according to specifications
• inspect products for quality and compliance
• operate trained line equipment safely
• maintain a clean workstation and follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• report quality or equipment concerns
• rotate and label products
• prepare, sort, weigh, and count ingredients
• follow allergen controls
• complete production paperwork
• assist with training new associates and cross-train in other production areas.
