What you'll do

• Develop referral growth in the assigned territory
• build relationships with physicians, facilities, payors, discharge planners, and community agencies
• create and evaluate territory plans
• make sales calls and presentations
• discuss home care services with patients and families as needed
• maintain customer and competitor profiles, call logs, follow-up plans, and referral reports
• support community education about hospice programs.
