What you'll do

• Manage the warehouse hiring pipeline in the applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records
• conduct in-person screens and coordinate interviews
• lead weekly new-hire orientations, system setup, and basic safety orientation
• maintain daily timekeeping and attendance records and support break-schedule administration
• maintain employee files and workplace records
• serve as a first-line contact for employee questions about benefits, paid time off, paychecks, and policies
• maintain an active presence on the warehouse floor.
