The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Yuma, Arizona, and the posting states compensation of $17.45 per hour. Working under the Culinary Manager and Dietary Manager, the cook prepares food and supports safe, consistent dietary operations. The role contributes to resident food service through recipe adherence, therapeutic diets, food safety, inventory control, and assistance to dietary aides as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare food and support production, inventory control, kitchen safety, sanitation, equipment use, and cleaning. Follow recipes and requirements for therapeutic diets and modified-texture foods and liquids
• assist managers with ordering and receiving as needed

• and assist dietary aides as necessary.
