What you'll do

• Monitor client behavior and safety
• conduct observation rounds using RFID monitoring technology
• maintain a safe, welcoming, clean, and organized facility
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• conduct screenings and assessments
• recommend referrals
• coordinate VI-SPDAT assessments
• assist with transportation and emergency response
• use crisis de-escalation practices.
