What you'll do

• Oversee nightly valet trash and recycling pickups across assigned communities
• recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Service Valets
• inspect properties for service quality and compliance
• provide on-call support to teams and communities as needed
• maintain property-manager relationships through site visits and communication
• resolve service issues
• deliver valet reports
• maintain operational records
• support new community launches
• drive to properties and the inventory warehouse
• promote safety and report incidents.
