What you'll do

• Gather and update patient information and vital signs
• perform clinician-directed medication or vaccine administration, diagnostic screenings, specimen collection and preparation, and assistance with in-office procedures
• refill medications per protocol
• complete clinical documents and timely chart documentation
• maintain clinical equipment and supplies
• perform assigned administrative duties, including outreach and scheduling
• coordinate care with specialties and community resources
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and InterMed policies.
