What you'll do

• consult on position reviews, reorganizations, compensation, and structure changes
• develop and facilitate training
• support recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll administration, and HRIS use
• partner with operations on employee relations, staffing, leave, and corrective actions
• maintain job descriptions
• supervise 1–2 direct reports.
