Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Facilitate sales through project management, open-order tracking, issue resolution, and customer support
• prospect for opportunities by phone and email
• determine pricing using pricing matrices and tables
• coordinate timely shipment
• support add-on sales through product knowledge
• handle customer inquiries and resolve problems when outside sales staff are unavailable
• perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as needed.
