Assistant Food Service Director

The Assistant Food Service Director role is onsite in El Paso, TX, inside a jail or correctional facility. Pay is $50,000 per year. What you'll do

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation
• hire, orient, and train team members and issue corrective action when applicable
• oversee food quantities prepared and served according to the facility plan
• maintain inventory accuracy and prepare for planned menus
• ensure proper food storage
• maintain serving schedules and menu specifications
• maintain sanitation and comply with Health Department codes
• support state or other inspections.
