The role exists to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow, learn, and live well. The professional will assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and daily living goals to foster independence and community integration.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, planning, and personal care.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings and transportation.
• Maintain documentation and support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
