The Parts Counter Clerk role is onsite in Newton, KS; Midway Motors Auto Group is a community-focused dealership whose team supports customers and one another across the dealership. The clerk helps customers, technicians, and other departments identify and obtain parts, while maintaining accurate inventory and processing orders. Reliable parts support helps the service department and dealership serve customers efficiently.

What you'll do

• Assist customers, technicians, and departments with finding and ordering parts
• answer phones
• process orders, invoices, payments, returns, and special orders
• receive, organize, and stock inventory
• follow up on special orders
• maintain an organized parts department
• work with the Service Department to supply technicians
• assist with deliveries and other dealership needs.
