The Targeted Case Management Care Coordinator role is full-time and onsite in El Paso, TX. Pay is $18.75 per hour for PTO, holidays, and Mental Health Hours; $30.00 per hour for billable services; $7.50 per hour for ancillary work; and $13.00 per hour for training. El Paso Child Guidance Center provides substance use and mental health services to its community. The coordinator delivers targeted case management and related psychosocial rehabilitation services to qualifying clients, supporting recovery through individualized, family-oriented care. The role also maintains assessments, treatment plans, certifications, and timely documentation while coordinating crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

What you'll do

• Maintain a targeted case management caseload and complete associated documentation
• conduct CANS/ANSA assessments and develop treatment plans on required timelines
• provide skills training, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, and medication-related services according to client plans and authorizations
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• maintain certifications and participate in case staffing, training, and supervision.
