The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is based in Corbin, KY, with care provided in participant homes and center settings. Compensation starts at $17 per hour and increases to $18 per hour after 90 days; mileage reimbursement and an incentive plan are also described. Mountain View PACE is part of One Senior Care, whose stated aim is to help seniors remain safe, healthy, connected, and at home. The CNA provides hands-on personal care and daily support to seniors, helping maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and safety. The role works with nurses, therapists, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to monitor participant wellbeing and support care plans.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• monitor and report changes in participant condition
• assist with therapeutic exercises as directed
• support social engagement
• prepare and serve meals
• monitor intake
• take and document vital signs
• complete electronic health record documentation
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• participate in care planning and training.

Why this role
