What you'll do

• Lead the property team toward a minimum 95% annual occupancy
• use sales strategies to maximize revenue while keeping concessions within budget
• conduct tours, respond to leasing inquiries, and follow up with prospective residents
• train and develop Leasing Specialists and/or Community Assistants
• provide customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members
• assist with campus and community marketing, appreciation events, and special events
• monitor market conditions and competitors
• manage department administration, inventory, and reporting.
