What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy across digital marketing, promotions, advertising, media planning, loyalty programs, and VIP engagement
• analyze markets, competition, and customer behavior
• establish and monitor the annual marketing budget and initiative performance
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• oversee brand strategy and messaging
• manage traditional and digital channels
• direct promotions, special events, entertainment programming, and community engagement
• evaluate analytics and KPIs
• supervise player development and loyalty programs
• manage, mentor, and evaluate staff.

Why this role
