The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal is an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. What you'll do

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties in support of litigation matters.
• Maintain attorney calendars and help track deadlines and upcoming case events.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, and hearings.
• Manage documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and FileVine.
• E-file legal documents through the State E-Portal System.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Draft basic court documents and litigation materials such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Send correspondence to parties and non-parties.
• Communicate with clients professionally.
• Set up CourtCalls and/or Zoom for hearings.
