The Toddler Teacher role is onsite at the Salem Covenant center in Worcester, MA. Pay is $19.45–$24.40 per hour. The teacher helps shape and maintain a quality early childhood classroom, supporting the Lead Teacher in creating enriching learning experiences and sharing classroom decisions that serve children’s needs and well-being.

What you'll do

• Ensure children’s safety and well-being and remain attentive to individual and group needs
• support the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an enriching learning environment
• participate in classroom decision-making and develop mutually agreeable plans for the children.
