The Personal Trainer Internship is onsite in Washington, DC. This is an unpaid internship. What you'll do

• Complete assigned projects, including studying an injury and documenting causes, signs, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention
• become familiar with training specialties and certifications
• design hypothetical programs based on selected trainers’ goals and histories
• research specified health conditions and exercise considerations
• meet weekly with a supervisor to review objectives
• participate in member experience activities such as fitness specialist shifts, front desk support, and member outreach.
