What you'll do

  • Ensure timely placement and retention of graduates and former enrollees
  • develop employer connections and promote job opportunities
  • refer and register participants with employment agencies and related services
  • assist with job upgrades and placement readiness
  • prepare resumes and coach interview and job-search skills
  • maintain assessment and placement plans and monthly graduate contacts
  • document services and verify placements
  • survey employers
  • develop and deliver curriculum and instruction supporting employability and career success
  • maintain required lesson plans and course materials
  • arrange supplemental training activities
  • comply with Department of Labor, corporate, and center policies.
