What you'll do

• Interview clients to gather information
• draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers
• answer calls and organize case files
• prepare and organize trial exhibits and witnesses
• research legal articles
• assist with client meetings and motions
• draft pleadings, correspondence, complaints, pretrial orders, briefs, affidavits, interrogatories, subpoenas, and deposition notices under attorney guidance.
