What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations and staff scheduling
• hire, supervise, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team
• provide clinical treatment and rehabilitative support, including community visits and crisis intervention
• oversee documentation and case records
• promote evidence-based, person-centered, recovery-based practices
• ensure regulatory and medication-process compliance
• contribute to budgeting and billing
• provide client transportation when necessary
• participate in on-call duties.
