Digital Printing Machine Operator

Job overview

The Digital Printing Machine Operator role is onsite in Dalton, GA. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports Natco Home’s production of home furnishings and its focus on quality, service, value, and innovation. The operator monitors and maintains digital printing equipment, checks print quality, and manages print jobs to support efficient production and deadlines. The role also troubleshoots equipment and workflow issues and translates technical instructions between Mandarin and English as needed.

What you'll do

• Monitor print jobs and adjust machine settings

• diagnose printing, mechanical, and workflow issues
• keep firmware and software current
• manage print schedules and job setup
• coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
• translate Mandarin and English instructions and communications when needed.
