What you'll do

• Assistant Managers support store operations, enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and help ensure job quality, timely completion, customer satisfaction, and team safety.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations, direct mechanic and technician workflow, stage repair and maintenance work, communicate service information, and work to meet customer expectations.
