What you'll do
- Teach swimming skills appropriate to students’ ages, levels, and abilities
- adapt lesson objectives for participants with disabilities and communicate progress to families
- track attendance and progress
- set up and clean up equipment
- submit biweekly reconciliation forms for private lessons
- attend mandatory staff training.

Why this role
General instruction is open to applicants age 16 and older; adaptive private lessons require age 18 or older. Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, or CPR Pro/First Aid certifications are highly preferred.
